    Wedding Planning can be stressful. So many details to consider. So many options in each category. So many little things to remember, communicate, finalize and execute. It’s fun being a bride and groom, but it’s even more fun to have someone dedicated to creating your perfect day!

    Month of Coordination + Event Management

    starts at $2900

    Our goal is to make your vision come to life and execute flawlessly the already made plans. Since there are so many little details that make your event special, we will work with you and start communication with your hired vendors 3 months leading up to your big day to oversee all of the thoughtful planning you’ve put into it.

    • Unlimited consultations after contract has been signed and will provide planning tools

    • 10 hours wedding coverage

    • (2) site visits

    • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline

    • Reception layout creation 

    • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

    • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

    • Create budget and schedule tracker upon signing

    • Manage the execution of all your wedding plans on the day of the event.

    • Managing your wedding timeline and sending to all vendors two weeks prior the event

    • Coordinating with vendors to make sure they are set up in a timely manner

    • Overseeing the final walk through of the venue to make sure everything is ready before guests arrive

    • Set-up, styling, and tear-down of personal decorations (welcome table, welcome sign, seating chart, name cards) are included. If certain decorations require installation by a vendor, the respective vendor will be responsible for both set-up and tear-down.

    • Pass out personal flowers, boutonnieres, corsages to wedding entourage

    • Overseeing the wedding program’s timeline.

    • Make sure the tear-down and clean-up of the venue is completed by all the vendors

    • On-site with one assistant for up to 80 guests. For events with more than 80 guests, an additional assistant is required for optimal service with additional fee of $250 

    • Design concept and mood board creation with an additional fee of $450

    Partial Planning + Design

    starts at $6000

    Our Partial Planning Package is an ideal option for the couple who may have already completed portions of their planning. This offering is designed to allow the couple a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way.

    • Venue and caterer are confirmed and we will source the rest of the vendors

    • 10-12 hours wedding day coverage

    • Will pull 2-3 quotes per vendor category for client to review

    • Guide client in reviewing contracts, vendor options, and budget

    • Unlimited wedding consultations and assistance.

    • (2) site visits

    • Create budget, schedule tracker, itinerary, and timeline

    • Design concept and mood board creation

    • Vendor management and vendor liaison. We are the main point of contact of all vendors from start to finish.

    • Wedding rehearsal coordination

    • Reception layout creation 

    • Full wedding day coordination

    • Pass out personal flowers, boutonnieres, corsages to wedding entourage

    • Design meeting with florist

    • Setting up mock meeting with florist, venue, and rental company

    • Schedule meeting and walk through with the vendors

    • Set-up, styling, and tear-down of personal decorations (welcome table, welcome sign, seating chart, name cards) are included. If certain decorations require installation by a vendor, the respective vendor will be responsible for both set-up and tear-down.

    • Curate and source invitations, welcome gift bags, and cohesive design details that reflect and elevate your wedding aesthetic

    • Overseeing the final walk through of the venue to make sure everything is ready before guests arrive

    • On-site with two assistants and may add more with an added fee depending on the scope of wedding day, additional assistant’s additional fee is $250

    • Travel fees may apply

    Full Planning + Design

    Our Full Planning is a comprehensive service where I will take complete responsibility for every aspect of your wedding planning process from start to finish and complete execution on the wedding day.

    • Unlimited wedding consultations, detail meetings, and site visit

    • 10-12 hours wedding day coverage

    • Sourcing a suitable wedding venue

    • Sourcing all needed vendors and vendor management

    • Contract review of all vendors pre-signing

    • Coordinating couple’s accommodations and transportation

    • Design concept and mood board creation

    • Design meeting with florist

    • Setting up mock meeting with florist, venue, and rental company

    • Create budget, schedule tracker, itinerary, and timeline

    • Full vendor communication from start to finish

    • RSVP management once all invitations are sent

    • Schedule meeting and walk through with the vendors

    • Set-up, styling, and tear-down of personal decorations (welcome table, welcome sign, seating chart, name cards) are included. If certain decorations require installation by a vendor, the respective vendor will be responsible for both set-up and tear-down.

    • Curate and source invitations, welcome gift bags, and cohesive design details that reflect and elevate your wedding aesthetic

    • Wedding rehearsal coordination

    • Reception layout creation
